Diabetes educators will help you learn to take in stride all the things in your day-to-day life that can help control the disease -- like exercise, nutrition, medications, and checking your blood sugar. They may also work with your family so they understand your needs better and can be there to support you.

Family Physicians, providing holistic approach to health care. We have a primary health care clinic providing walk in services including immunizations, family planning and voluntary male medical circumcisions. We are also a dispensing practise. We perform minor procedures and support majority of medical aids. We do not cover any Network options of medical aids.

Diabetes South Africa is a non-profit organization, founded in 1969 to be a support and an advocate for all people with diabetes in SA. MISSION STATEMENT: *Empowering all those affected by Diabetes through support, education and information. *Providing awareness to all and highlighting risk factors associated with diabetes and promoting healthy lifestyles. OUR WORK INCLUDES: *Informing, educating and supporting all people who have diabetes and their families. *Acting as an advocate for people with diabetes, lobbying for better facilities, cheaper medication and better services. *Promoting prevention through public awareness of diabetes, its symptoms and risks.
