    Negative: Not Good Quality.

    The information given to the client when you change from a Gold credit card to a personal credit card is incomplete. When I changed the above account, I was not told that I will receive a petrol card too. DSV courier's notified me they want to deliver my PETROL card, not my new credit card also. I told them to send it back. I was also not told that my old gold account card will not work with the new personal credit card account. The FNB Waterfall branch also did not contact me to come and pick up my new card. According to the DSV couriers the card was delivered on the 17 March already. Another problem I experienced is when customer care wants me to approve a notification on my app and I do not have signal to receive the notification, then we are stuck. The Operators were very helpful to assist but I could not approve the message. Another way to be created to authorize the Operator to access my profile over and above the app notification.
