Dr Henk Swanepoel has a prominent psycho-legal and medico-legal practice. He has testified in several High Court Magistrate and Children's Court matters across the country, including military courts, National Intelligence enquiries as well as USA Depositions. He conducted psycho-legal evaluations in several European Countries, Central and Southern African Countries as well as Asian Countries. He works extensively with the Office of the Family Advocate nationally and has been involved in personal injury claim evaluations (Road Accident Fund) and other claim matters. He also participated in investigations of high profile criminal matters, surrogate evaluations, evaluations for readmission of attorneys and is an independent evaluator for the Health Professions Counsel of South Africa (HPCSA) .
