Enhance your strength and flexibility and increase your energy levels with a warm, welcoming one-one-one Pilates class - enjoy the feeling of rejuvenation and a relaxed mind while toning and stretching your body. Classes are Beginner adequate and we do offer more intense classes for fitter, stronger people. A perfect form of low-impact exercise for people who are especially older, and who suffer from chronic pains and spine stiffness. We only focus on personalised one-on-one classes or two people sharing (duet class) .

The Pole Project is an "aerial arts playground", where dancers, gymnasts and everyday individuals from all walks of life are trained and nurtured in pole dance as an outlet for their strength, creativity and agility. Our beautiful studio is housed in a large industrial space. Men are also welcomed and encouraged to sign up. The Pole Project also provides entertainment for all types of events from private parties to corporate functions, gigs, film, music videos, promotional and launch events.
