    Negative: Not Professional.

    Hi. All who see this review. Do not use this company. They are utterly useless. Right up to the management and directors. I had a item brought in September 20** and its now May 20** and numerous calls and emails correspondence with even the manager at fedex and still they do not take action for their poor service. Not clearing my item from customs which now resulted in penalties and they now expect a 25** admin fee. The costs now more than double the price of the item. As a kind gesture to all do not use them. If there was an option for minus I would rate them as a minus 11
