    The level of service is okay but after sales is a problem, I have issues with my account but I can't get ahold of the shop I bought my phones and ask for advise, the numbers are either not working or no one bothers to pick up, this is a huge concern as a paying customer and the minute to stop paying Telkom will call you like 4 times a day.
