It is my privilege, as a clinical psychologist, to be able to work with people at the most profound cognitive and emotional levels. This is a privilege that I do not take lightly. It is my passion and duty to provide psychological support to those in distress, and always to put the health of people first. I am currently in private practice as the Director of Cape Town Psychologists in Sea Point, where my main modality of treatment is Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) . I ardently believe in evidence-based treatments, and CBT has been shown in the psychological literature to be effective for many psychiatric and psychological conditions with, or without, medication. I look forward to providing you, as a client, with a professional service and with superlative care. I also facilitate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) groups every Monday evening from 6 pm to 8 pm at our practice.
