    Negative: Not Professional.

    Long queues, slow service - nothing good to say about this branch. A Standard Bank ATM swallowed my card and the person's in front of me. We must now go queue for a replacement card. The average time in the branch is 30 minutes to one and a half hours - this is 'service'?!
