I hold qualifications in Human Movement Science (B. A. Human Movement Science; Hons. Human Movement Science; M. A. Human Movement Science) as well as in Holistic Massage and Advanced Sports Massage. I am registered as a member of the South African Sports Medicine Association (SASMA) . I am passionate about my continued professional development and enjoy learning new perspectives and applying them to my work. I believe by studying a range of complimentary techniques I can asses each client more thoroughly and also treat them more effectively. For this reason, I have also attended courses in Muscle Activation, Electrostimulation and Swiss Ball training, which I use to great effect in addition to deep tissue massage.
