    Negative: Not Responsive.

    After receiving a contract with prices that did not match the initial reserve agreement, I asked Propinvest to return my deposit of R30,000, the once active and communicative agent Jean Kearly & Nicole van Heerden has now gone silent and do not return my emails when I request an escalation. At one stage I was told the refund has been loaded into the system and now I'm being told it is under review. The contract clearly stated 2 weeks to refund and it has not been refunded since the request on 21 September
