Pilates Dynamics Studio and Wellness Centre is a professional and upmarket Fitness; Health and Pilates Education facility situated next to the Randburg Sports complex in a tranquil environment. Barre & TRX; and all other small equipment) ¢ Pilates and Yoga (Pre- and Post Natal ) ¢ Pilates Equipment Classes (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair etc) ¢ Yoga (Vinyasa and Hatha) 2) Pilates International Teacher Training Courses: - We offer Pilates courses in Group and Private tuition formats, as follows; - ¢ Pilates Mat & Small Equipment (incl. TRX and Ballet Barre & all small equipment) ¢ Pilates Comprehensive (Pilates Mat & Small Equipment above and ALL Pilates Large Machines (Cadillac; Reformer; Towers; Wunda Chairs; Ladder Barrel; and Arc Barrels
