I was left hurt and humiliated after a sales assistant treated me unfairly for giving her a blank paper to write down their store code since i wanted to receive a parcel there,she refused unreasonably while she was holding a pen in her hand..to make matters worse she called the next customer as if my request meant nothing.i ended up asking for their manager even though I was not sure if it was a friend doing favour for her.but i swear that shop has unprofessionalism written all over it.if this matter is not dealt with im going to embarrass her through media as she did to me in front of her colleagues and customers..it still pains me just thinking about it...i am Reneilwe Matloha 0796*****1
