Dikeletsong Citizens' Advice Bureau of Pretoria is an organisation of volunteers operating out of offices in the Kutlwanong Democracy Centre in downtown Tshwane. DCAB offers services, free of charge, to anyone who needs advice, help (non-financial), or information. Services range from labour related problems (retrenchments, dismissals, unfair dismissals and pay disputes) ; financial problems (pensions, debts and loans) and UIF related problems to personal problems (health, family, marriage, educations, estate, consumer and various legal problems) .
