    Staff were courteous, quiet, and food as usual cooked for us and was excellent. Wait was just about right.

    Pleasant place with a few establishments to eat from. Ocean basket in Hatfield was superb, courteous and propmt staff, food did not delay

    Our server should be in the back washing dishes. Should not be in front meeting customers. He didn't know anything we ask about the meals or menu. I did have his name but I waited until Ieft South...

    Attentive waiters didn't even write down menu selection but made no errors. Nice seating outside. Variety of fish dishes. Chain restaurant.

    The great thing about a chain is you know what you will get, and Ocean Basket Hatfield served up good seafood, just as expected

    Food of high quality. Waiters very friendly. No long waits to be served after order was placed. Table been cleared frequently after every meal.
