Negative: Not Professional.

We appointed Meyers IP Consulting to register a Trademark in 2017. They quoted us the fee and we paid it. They did not do a trademark search prior to us paying, and when they applied for the trademark it was denied. They then asked us if they should continue with the registration on our behalf (if we paid more money of course) and we directed them to do so, however never hear back from them since 20** when we gave them to go ahead. Based on our experience a Trademark attorney should aways perform a trademark search, which they neglected to do, and have cost us years of investment into a trademark which belongs to someone else. Based on my experience I would avoid this company.
