The Early Education center's vision is for young children to learn through play. It is their belief society should invest in early education. It is their mission to improve the quality of early education for children 0-9 years. They aim to operate a resource center and toy library for primary caregivers and practitioners to exchange resources, train, mentor, and support and increase awareness for parents and children's rights concerning development, survival, protection, and early childhood programs. The Early Education Centre provides support to improve the quality of early childhood programs. Furthermore, they help with registration and the Children's Act and build partnerships with the community.

-St. Patricks is an independent Catholic school situated between Lynchfield and Hoeveld. It is co-educational school for day scholars. Is committed to provide quality education where learners experienced who they are and how they fit into an ever-changing society. The school gives priority to education in a living faith whereby learners grow to appreciate the life and the mission of Jesus Christ with a view to being committed to the world as he / she was. Has a special concern for the poor and the underprivileged. Is challenged to develop a curriculum, which promotes a harmonious growth of the whole person.

Children admitted by TPoSA are abandoned babies, babies available for adoption (parentless babies) as well as HIV positive babies; toddlers who were abused, toddlers who are HIV positive or orphaned due to HIV Aids, as well as sick babies and toddlers (Hydrocephalus, Down syndrome, tracheotomy children and Spina-bifida children) .
