We designed our ice making system with a upper tip able ice making tray into which chilling elements are immersed, an inclided grid to transfer the ice cubes to a water recycling tray at a lower level. After each ice-making cycle an electrical motor tips the upper tray and the formed ice blocks and the remaining chilled water are discharged from the ice-making tray. The ice blocks slide along the inclined grid to fall into a lower main ice block container. The remaining chilled water is then re-circulated from the recycling tray to the ice making compartment, which has already returned to its horizontal position. Then system mixes the excess water with fresh water where the cycle starts again.
