    Negative: Not Professional.

    So today Sunday, 11 April 20** I went to Game Waterfall mall Rustenburg. TWO weeks ago the lady at the store in game told my mother-in-law that she is allowed to send me her daughter with an letter of acknowledgment that I am allowed to buy her groceries on her card with her card at game. Today when I went to game I got all the groceries I came to the till and when it was time to pay I gave the card and her ID as well as the letter of acknowledgment to the lady at the till btw not the same lady and There I was told that I am not allowed to buy my mothers groceries with out her by using her card and acknowledgment letter. I get there is rules and regulations but I am very disappointed because when you tell a customer one thing and then two weeks or three weeks later you tell a customer something totally drive different that doesn’t match up. I am very disappointed in game Rustenburg waterfall mall! Please get your facts straight and stop inconveniencing your customers!!!!!
