    This is the worst garage that you can stop at. Beginning of this year they opened up our radiator cap for no good reason and never replaced it. Our car broke down, due to their negligence and untrained staff. Their team admitted that they were in the wrong and after multiple back and forth discussions, even with the SA Consumer Commission, they have put up signs to say they don't take responsibility for this type of negligence and we have been left with thousands of Rands in damages. Engen Head Office didn't even reply us and after thousands in repairing the car, having to get last minute flights, the emotional distress of being 2 girls alone next to the side of the road etc. we have never even received a sorry from them. This is another prime example of how big corporates throw legal jargon around instead of doing the right thing. I will never go to this or any other Engen Garage ever again!
