Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality has introduced the concept of Customer Care Areas for your convenience. This one-stop service delivery point provides you with integrated access to services and information. The following services are rendered at all customer care areas: Payment and account-related services; Lodging and following up of all complaints; Provision of information related to all services in the Metro; Liaison with and referral to line departments where necessary; Booking of facilities and services; Provision of a multi-purpose community care front desk; Provision of a "one-stop Metro-wide" customer care service to all the customers of Ekurhuleni; and Switchboard and call centre related services. These centres are open weekdays from 08h00 to 16h00 except for Wednesday when they open at 09h00.

    Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive.

    We tried about 8 different numbers. None of them answered, some goes directly to busy tone or voicemail. Absolutely appalling and non existent customer care.

    The telephone numbers listed, one does not exsist and the other is not answered even after trying 8 times.

    Most pathetic stood in queue for 3hour just to be told they have power failure on saturday 3april 2021. How convenient.
