On the second floor werw I live the ages vary between middle 70's to late 80's. Since moving late December 20** the lift in has given proplems on at least 3 occasions. Each time we had to wait on the technician coming from George. Our latest experience was an outage of more than 3 weeks.During this time the occupants that could manage were faced with climbing 42 steps down and then up again. Thankfully we that could, survived. Also, there were no medical evuations during this period. Somehow this does not meet your company statement above.
