Hi there! I am a psychologist working with people who get stuck in their lives (and especially in their relationships! ) in some or other way - like with people at work, with their spouses or at school. So I assist people getting unstuck by looking at these relationships and thereby jointly create hope for a better and happier personal future. My speciality is couple therapy (marriage therapy / couple counselling) although individual therapy does not lag far behind at all. I use Solution Focused Therapy as a basis for most of my work. Instead of trying to solve bygone issues and digging up old divisive issues / problems, we look forwards towards personally satisfying solutions. This is a most positive as well as very practical way to operate. Oh yes: as a rule sessions last an hour. Furthermore: I work from home which makes sessions very personal and informal in a relaxing environment. Sessions cost between R650 and R750 per hour.
