We supply health conscious people with the freshest, healthiest Buddha bowls for lunch or supper. We have a what's app group where we post a new menu on Sundays. Our clients then order their bowls for the week. Bowls can be collected in Roodekrans, or we could deliver at a fee. Each bowl has the healthiest grains, freshest fruit and vegetables and lean proteins. Each bowl is accompanied by a delicious dressing.
