Stretch film / pallet wrap / cast pallet wrap- latest acquisition. 3. 8 Mono layer Extruders up to 1 metre width. 4. 2 Polyprop Extruders producing high clarity films for the textile / food industry. 5. 2 High density Extruders designed for vest type carrier bags printed. 6. 14 Bag making- fully automatic side and bottom seal to produce patch handle bags, kidney punch, lateral seal, ETC. Latest acquisition- bag on roll up to 10 metres. 7. Slitter Rewinder- modern fully automatic state of the art machine to rewind up to 600 metres per minute. 8. 2 Printing machines:- 1 x 6 colour machine, 1 x 6 colour installed and Comissioned- Uteco Italian machine with latest modern features. Gearless +sleeve system- auto viscosity control +registration controls.

We do Plastic repairs, eg Car Bumper, Dashboard, Grill or any Plastic object. We also repair Fibre -Glass & Rubber products eg ; Bumper, Bike Flairing, Bus Body, Truck Bumper and body parts.. We also do Touch up, scratch & Dents. Polishing and small accident damage done at our workshop with camera surveillance and lock up gates.
