Mimmie Buhrmann is a psychologist in private practice (registered with the Health Professions Counsel of South Africa) , a mindfulness facilitator, hypnotherapist and an internationally qualified yoga instructor. My approach is to encourage, empower and enable clients to connect to their inner being and feelings. This is often a courageous and vulnerable exploration that allows healing and liberation from restrictive conditioning and repetitive negative patterns. Through this enhanced self-awareness, clients strengthen their capacity for self-acceptance; in so doing an authentic expression of self emerges that creates a authentic, joyous and meaningful life.
