The farm has a rich history and a proven passion to produce quality wines. The philosophy has always been to offer a product of excellent quality, while finding a balance between the need to protect the heritage of the estate and the necessity to develop and expand the brand. All the wines sold under the Goede Hoop Estate label, are grown, harvested, matured and bottled on the farm. The style of wine making is traditional in nature with certain cultivars still being fermented in the old fashioned way of using open cement tanks. We also offer an unique wine and dine experience - Pieter's Private Cellar.
