Once a site is purchased we aim for high density to help reduce the NZ housing shortage and build affordable houses suited to the busy lifestyles of today. Our homes are aimed to help first home buyers and families into the market. They also make for a great investment property. We manage the design and construction in-house which means we have control over the timeline of our projects and can give certainty around completion dates for our purchasers. We use local sub-contractors and suppliers with the overall project management being managed in house by the Crawford team.

Hayden Homes is Construction company based in Palmerston North and was established in 2014. Prior to forming the company, the director, Hayden Dam has been a Licensed Building Practitioner and Trade Qualified Carpenter with extensive industry experience from residential to light commercial developments in the Manawatu area. We have assembled a team of highly motivated and experienced employees, tradesmen and contractors.
