Negative: Not Professional.

We were encouraged to make a double payment for fuel at TOTAL NORKEM PARK and told that one of them would be refunded once they traced the first card transaction (the second transaction was a cash transaction made because Total Norkem Park claimed that the first card transaction did not reflect). It is not possible that the card transaction did not go through, we received an SMS notification alerting us that R300 had left our account and gone into Total Norkem Park's account. But they refused to accept that SMS and demand our bank statement which contains our bank balances and other personal information. Total Norkem Park is unreasonable and if they do not respond to any of these reviews/messages we send to them and TotalEnergies they will prove to be low-grade scammers since we would have paid R600 for R300 worth of fuel without any concern from Total Norkem Park whatsoever since the money is in their hands. We request that you return the refund.
