Ordered a Wacky Wednesday with beef patties. Fairly long waiting time, although place was not full. Got cold burgers and patties were definitely not freshly flame grilled.

Service was alright about as good as any other fast food chain. Food was good, again what you expect from a fast food place. All in all no complaints.

You get what you expect from a Steers. Place is clean and is also shared with a Debonairs. Seating is limited when busy, but service is fast.

Whether you order by phone or inside it is a disaster trying to talk to the staff with the shouting between employees and general bad service over many months - not going there again.

One of the better franchises. Always friendly service and food is always fresh. Can become a little busy on Fridays and month end so be prepared for a little wait.
