Numeriq was founded in 1932 and over time went through a series of name changes and changes in management. Most recently in 2019 the name was changed to Numeriq. Currently Muhammad Cachalia is Managing Director and has steered the organisation away from traditional auditing practices towards the use of technology, aiming to make the auditing process more cost-effective and less impactful on the client. Numeriq has managed to maintain a large number of clients over its 85 + year history, with unions, NPOs and other public-interest organisations, as well as industry associations and private companies in a wide variety of industries.
