    Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

    I have been diagnosed with carcinoma in both breasts in Feb 2021. To date nothing has been done. Met with surgeon 3 weeks ago who acknowledged that I have to have a double mastectomy. It is now another 3 weeks and I have not heard a word from the surgeon. Is this operation not considered to be an emergency? I have left messages to no avail. Calling the surgical out patients leaving messages and no call back. 9 times out of 10 the phone is not answered. Where do I go as the OC is never available either. Today I called Pretoria the main line to was not answered. I am at my wits end as I am 70 years of age and I get the feeling that when you are old they couldn’t care less. I am also waiting on a call from orthopedics 2 months ago for feedback on my visit to neurosurgeon.
