Coldsprings Guest farm is situated 8 km's outside of Grahamstown along the Highlands road. The accommodation consists of a farm house and 4 outside rooms. It is perfect for large group accommodation bookings of up to 25 people on a selfcatering basis as well as a perfect day or evening venue for workshops, staff functions and special occasions. The farm house has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, an open-plan lounge, dining room, bar, kitchen area, scullery and a closed-in verandah with a brei area. There are 4 outside rooms each with an en-suite bathroom and own entrance. Coldsprings is a small game farm of 162 hectares with various species such as buffalo, blesbuck, zebra, hartebeest and black wildebeest to view from the comfort of the verandah.
