Positive: Professional.   Negative: Not Good Quality.

Saw Dr Kellerman and Dr Fletcher at this practice and the level of care is substandard. There is no intent to create a Dr-patient relationship. They employ a conveyor belt approach. They do not examine you beyond looking at what you describe. They are so intent on not being 'exploited' by patients who may want to have more than one ailment looked at that they forgo any proper examination of the patient. They forget that you should build a professional relationship with your patients so that you can know their medical history. Deal with the exploiters rather than mistreating all your patients! Disgraceful!! I was a patient at this practice for more than 20 years and after Dr van Riel and Dr Reece retired the standard of care has dropped off the scale. I will not be returning to this practice! I strongly do not recommend this practice!!!
