    Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Value.

    This internet provider doesn't have wifi during stage 5 and 6 loadshedding after 2 to 3 hours its off. Also i been complaining for 3 weeks now and they dont do anything about it they just dont care. They told me to buy a ups as a power back up system as they provide wifi when the power is off which was also not completely the truth!! They do for 2 to 3 hours!! Also if u have updates on sundays dont leave your updates to download and install automatically cos they reset for 50 to 55 minutes on a sunday every sunday! Herotel customers say they dont struggle with this problem. Seems its only wispernet
