The National Council of SPCAs (NSPCA) was founded in 1955 as the Federation of SPCAs to provide a forum to bring uniformity to welfare legislation and standards.     Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

    Very unprofessional service!!! They dont know the individual yet they want to judge how you will take care of the animal. The kennels are filthy. The feeding bowls are empty and the cats are hunting birds as they are hungry. The old lady at the front desk is rude and has an attitude. Terrible service. She also said and I quote "the place is dirty so please don't go post on social media". Instead of allowing individuals to adopt the animal and give it a loving home. They would rather be rude and put the animals down. I have been to many other SPCA but was never treated the way that OLD LADY at the Newcastle SPCA treated us!!! This is terrible!
