Negative: Not Professional.

My recent experience with Shelf Tec has been one headache after another. We ordered what we thought would be top-notch shelves, but to our surprise, they came infested with bora. Trying to get a simple replacement turned into weeks of phone tag and email chains that led nowhere. Rowen at first flat out refused to replace them and said that it is our problem. Out of the blue the replacements finally came, and guess what? They were the wrong size! If that wasn't enough, the guy who came to refused to install them, he just wanted to drop them off. I rang up Rowen, our contact person, and he said they don't even do installations. News to me, since they installed the original, bora-infested units. After all the drama, they decided to install the right shelves. But get this: they left the old, infested ones in our office, near our stock. Rowen refused to take them back, he said "Why would we want bora infested wood?" Can you believe it.
