I am a Social Worker in Private Practice, Family therapist and a Mental Health Practitioner based in Durban. I offer online telehealth therapy and / or face to face therapy / counselling. I work with children and adults towards emotional recovery, counselling, advise, therapy, personal growth, and more satisfying personal and professional relationships. My special interests- Building relational strength and resilience: individual, couple and marriage therapy, Personal growth & development: self-esteem, EAP / EWP, confidence in groups or relationships; Healing and recovery: from trauma, loss, grief; Care and Contact, Supervised visitation, Navigating life changes: divorce, retirement, relocation, job loss, health changes; Managing work / life balance - A psychodynamic approach, Support and Therapy. My practice hours are weekdays 09h00 to 16h30 and Saturday mornings. Strictly by appointment. It is a cash run practice, however i can facilitate reimbursement from most medical aids in SA.
