Morgan Abattoir is a beef export approved abattoir or slaughterhouse, meat wholesaler, beef deboning plant and offal distributor, situated in the Springs Industrial area on the Gauteng East Rand. Morgan Abattoir processes beef derived from our feedlot Morgan Beef in the Delmas district as well as other feedlots and cattle farmers. We are also equipped to slaughter lamb and sheep. We cater for the retail and wholesale markets and also supply meat products to international clientele. At Morgan Abattoir the animals are slaughtered in accordance with all guidelines, rules and regulations as stipulated in the Meat Safety Act 40 of 2000 and other regulating bodies.
