Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

Useless with switchboard, mails and incorrect services ! Will rather by a bit more and get better value for money at Land Rover East Rand

I never experienced such pathetic, incomplete service from a Business. The owner in Cape town, Jan is so rude, he puts down the phone in your hear if you try to explain to him what the car suddenly does after Raymond worked on it that the car didn't do before - loads of black smoke coming out the vehicle with a huge noise !!! Jan even claimed that they are the best Land Rover specialist international, even better that East Rand Land Rover... I totally disagree and would never ever go back to them again. They stick to the excuse that it's the turbo meantime myself and a friend had to discover thatthey never fitted the boost pipe back on and cause so much problems after I drove away from them. I tried to contact them afterwards on the landline but without any luck and the oldest son, Franscois, is never available. As long as they get their money they don't care about after-service or problems on the car after they worked on it. Horrible experience
