Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

I went to get my Perm done, which was an utter fail. Perm is semi-permanent curls which is supposed to last minimum of 3 months, the stylist did not know that! Cost of this is R 650. When I complained, they suggested a dry curl to 'fix it up' which is temporary and last only a couple of days. They then said I need to come every month to wash and do dry perm as compensation. When I went back, told them my hair was falling out, the dry perm wasn't working for my hair, they said that I needed to pay for treatment which was to my cost, R 580. The stylist was not listening, denied that my hair was falling out. I left and sent a complaint to the owner who has not replied almost two weeks later... Bad experience, never to be repeated.
