    Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive, Not Good Value.

    I have found this firm to be extremely unprofessional and not client centered at all. My experience, they simply are interested in taking you for everything they can for minimal work. It started with booking a consultation, to which I was billed for. Sent an email with information to be discussed in the scheduled consultation, billed for this email. Arriving for my consult, it started 15 minutes late and according to the figure I was quoted, those 15 minutes I waiting for the lawyer, I was billed. The lawyer then spend around 20 minutes or more, during the consult, reading my email back to me, to which I was billed. A mandate was agreed in the consult to complete work on a timeline, this mandate was not adhered to or followed. The firm claims they informed me about their closure date for the holiday Many other issues which I cannot fit into this review I am afraid.
