As a wheelchair user with a neuromuscular disease, I have limited ability and room to exercise like non-disabled people. My sedentary reality has sparked huge weight gain and despite many interventions, nothing was sustainable. Until I found Pat. Through 16 rounds of laser, I lost 12cm around the belly but it was the combination of laser, her recommended eating plan/hormone reset diet and her unwavering support that I’ve shed really significant weight over 7 months. And I’m still going because the recommended eating plan WORKS.
