Fiore, a family owned business, was established in 2014 to provide something different. We created a destination where our customers could sit back, relax, enjoy the natural environment and derive pleasure from what we have to offer. We combined nature and hospitality and plants and food, to provide an outdoor eating experience to cherish and remember. Our restaurants, in Greyton and Somerset West, are both set in the grounds of a beautiful garden centre, amongst the plants and under the trees, with mountain views and special spaces, for families, young and old, to spend time. Born from the love of flowers and food, we created more than just a nursery or restaurant, but rather a destination for you to enjoy. The personal touch, the flexibility, the ability to pay attention on a personal level is something that a family owned restaurant is able to do.

Nestled in the centre of Somerset West, in Audas Estate, at Fiore, we have created a place of peace and tranquility for you to relax and enjoy. With a variety of plants, shrubs and trees, vegetables and herbs, a large selection of Bonsai Trees, and a range of steel works, made especially for Fiore, including arches, plant shelves and stands, tables and chairs, you can take a stroll through the garden centre or the indoor garden shop for your gardening requirements. Breeze through our gift shop which has a number of special gifts and internationally sourced woodwork. Our restaurant is open from early for breakfast, lunch, tea, snacks and treats to be enjoyed in the quiet garden under the trees and massive umbrellas. A display of mosaic art can be viewed within the coffee shop. The Nurseryman is situated on the R43, Bot River, at Salandra Park, next door to Ou Meul Bakkery Farm Stall. We sell flowering plants, herbs and veggies, shrubs, citrus trees, garden trees, Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Ground cherries, succulents, herbs, ground covers, creepers, Aloes, Lavender, Rosemary and Apple trees.
