    Negative: Not Professional, Not Good Quality, Not Responsive.

    I've been phoning the East London branch on a Friday afternoon, no answer and yet my office received a call at about 11am, from a driver by the name of Khaya who promised to deliver, now the time is 16h20, no delivery, no answer on any of their phones, poor service from DSV.

    You sit on the phone and no 1 answers, perhaps Fridays are no care days, shocking and honestly its nice for me to know this working in a dealership i wouldnt want them to deliver any of my stuff. I just want to know where are my papers tracking number WESAT02381679
