We are currently Cape Town's only dedicated Craft Rum Distillery and Tasting Room, we are based in Salt River at the Spice Yard. Our Rum is made entirely by us, from start to finish, ensuring quality and consistency. We have a White Rum, Oak Infused Rum (dark Rum) and a Fyn Botanical Rum available. The Rum is made from African blackstrap molasses using a modernized and adapted version of a centuries old Caribbean process, double distilled to be smooth and full of flavour, making it ideal to drink on the rocks, in a cocktail or with a mixer of your choice. We do not add any sugar, artificial colourants or flavourants, preferring to offer the consumer pure authentic Rum only.
