The Keiskamma Trust promotes health and hope through art, music, HIV / AIDS treatment, poverty alleviation projects and education initiatives. The Keiskamma Health Program: Providing the only AIDS / HIV treatment in this area of South Africa it currently has nearly 200 people on Anti-retroviral drugs. Our Aids Treatment centre in Hamburg provides full time in-patient care for those that need it. In addition over 40 adherence monitors are employed by the Trust to ensure that out-patients are able to stick to their medication. This is notoriously the difficult part of the healing process and these monitors make the difference between success and failure.
