Ozone wellness was established with the goal to: restore health and hope to people plagued by modern day stress and health problems. To educate and empower people who are seeking a natural way towards a healthier, happier life. My focus is on coaching people in lifestyle reform and teaching them about the effects of diet and lifestyle on their health. In my practice i employ ozone therapy, nutritional, life coaching, fascia release and TRE as well as live blood analysis to facilitate healing and provide insights into this process. I am a member of the ozone association of southern Africa and operate as part of a network of complimentary health practitioners in the Helderberg area.
