We are siuated in Kathu, the most beautifull town under the Camelthorn trees in the Northern Cape province. OUR MOTTO: Just because you love the Kalahari, it does not mean you have to settle for second best. The Animal clinic building was built in 2008 as a specialy designed, purpose built pet (dog and cat) hospital. If you find the outside of Kathu Animal Clinic impressive, then we invite you to come and have a look at the inside. The same attention to detail that went into the design of the facility is given to our patients health and wellbeing. VETERINARIANS: Currently two experienced and S. A Veterinary Councill registered vets are looking after the health and wellbeing of animal patients at Kathu Animal Clinic.

Our History: Midlands Veterinary Clinic began our story in the beginning of 1994. We started in a small humble house in Howick Main Street. In 1996 we built our current hospital and have been there since. Our Passion: We are committed to providing compassionate care to all our patients, big or small. We see ourselves as leaders in animal welfare, nutrition and animal health. We Care about Our Customers: We have a built essential relationships with our regular and faithful clients and their pets over the last 22 years and will continue to do so. Zodiac Dierekliniek is a veterinary clinic, attending to all types of animals including game and is located in Brits, North-West Province, South Africa. The practice is owned by Dr GS Scheepers. Being a very mixed practice, these vets enjoy the privilege of treating a wide variety of patients, from leopards, rhinos and lions to birds, lizards and snakes. Along with the rigors of everyday work within the practice they frequently have the opportunity to go on call-outs to the many production and wildlife farms located around the small town of Brits. With a fully stocked pet shop, a well-equipped practice and the multitude of patients that come in daily, the practice is always teeming and the Doctors barely get a moments rest during the day. However, when the sun sets, they get to enjoy the satisfying knowledge that their work has helped save many lives and restore hope to the troubled minds of loving owners.

Here at Southern Cross Veterinary Clinic Port Elizabeth we provide you with the best companion animal medical and surgical care for your pet. We are one of the first and only general veterinary practices in South Africa to integrate pain management, acupuncture and physical rehabilitation into our day-to-day services, with one of our Southern Cross vets holding four certificates in these fields. As a team we continue to learn and introduce cutting edge treatments, surgical techniques and services as we seek to give you and your pet the total health care we'd like our own pets to receive. We will pass many milestones together and, sadly, stand with you at the final one. We can offer guidance and grief counselling to help you determine your pet's quality of life.
