We teach from the Word of God and in doing so many lessons are learned. We teach skills such as integration back into society, how to live life without using mind altering substances. We have counselling one on one and group. Our contributions are less than other rehabilitation centres. We have no link to any other rehabilitation centre in Cullinan. www. breakfree. org. za. In my life I have been personally affected and impacted by abuse, loss, addiction, divorce, remarriage, step families, emotional immaturity, shame, abandonment, rejection and low self worth. A lot of my experience stems from life itself and not just my education. I thrive in the areas of counselling and coaching persons suffering from addiction, family problems, rape, sexual, physical and emotional abuse, codependency, boundary issues, traumatic experiences, self esteem, self awareness, grief, relationships, mental health, etc. I have helped many people to overcome and accept what has happened to them in their lives and to continue on despite their challenges (confidentially, with empathy and respect)

In-patient rehabilitation for a period of 21 days for substance abuse is a prescribed minimum benefit (PMB) and is covered by most medical aids.
