Pty Ltd, has been operating in one form or another since 1898 and is a leading and competitive branded consumer goods and products group that was established in South Africa, but has expanded their distribution to other selected African countries. Fonterra Co-operative Group Ltd was formed in 2001 but has been in existence in one form or another for the past 140 years. The group collects 22 billion litres of milk each year to produce more than 2 million tonnes of dairy ingredients. A Pty Ltd and Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited, combined forces in a joint venture establishing Clover Fonterra Ingredients (CFI) .
